Backend (Lead) Developer
Our system is built to scale for the needs of large enterprises. In general, the challenges we tackle are complex from a data perspective. We need some serious experience to design and steer the platform further. 🧑🚀
Our stack:
TypeScript throughout. Also: GraphQL, Node.js, React + MUI, Flutter, Kubernetes, Terraform, Debezium, Redpanda (Kafka), WASM, ORTools, PostgreSQL with extensions.

💰 Compensation etc:
€5.5k–€7.5k + options (depending on the role).

Tekninen konsultti / kehittäjä – julkisen sektorin ja suurasiakkaiden ohjelmistoprojektit
(Role is in a Finnish context)
Etsimme teknisesti kokenutta osaajaa vahvistamaan tiimiämme julkishallinnon ja suurten organisaatioiden ohjelmistohankkeissa Suomessa ja muissa Pohjoismaissa.
Olet ehkä vetänyt projekteja, mutta ennen kaikkea osaat tehdä itse: määritellä, suunnitella, koodata ja keskustella asiakkaiden kanssa. Tunnet hankintakäytännöt ja toimit luontevasti asiakasrajapinnassa.
Työssäsi viet läpi käyttöönottoprojekteja, koordinoit integraatioita ja räätälöintejä – ja osallistut tarvittaessa myös itse kehitykseen. Rooli yhdistää teknistä tekemistä ja sillanrakennusta kehitystiimin, asiantuntijaorganisaatioiden ja loppukäyttäjien välillä.
Projektimme keskittyvät työajanhallintaan, joustavan työvoiman käytön mahdollistamiseen, työvuorosuunnitteluun ja esimerkiksi rajoiteoptimoinnin viilaamiseen asiakkaan dataympäristössä. Käytämme moderneja työkaluja, ja arvostamme tekemisen meininkiä enemmän kuin raskaita prosesseja
Työskentelemme pääosin etänä, mutta tässä roolissa tapaamme asiakkaita eri puolilla Suomea.
💰 Palkkaus:
€5k–€6.5k + optiot (vastuista riippuen).
Etätyö ok. Toimistomme on Keilaniemessa, Espoossa.
